Expect intense blueberry fruit, pepper spice and mineral complexity. Best between 5 & 12 years.
Tasting Note
Deep, dense colour. Brooding dark berry fruit with dusty fynbos, violets and white pepper nose. Palate also rather closed and needing time to evolve with concentrated, complex fruit hidden behind plenty of fine grained tannins.
Tasting Note
The palate is incredibly concentrated with a welcome dryness from the acidity and oak tannins. Long, lingering finish.
Attractive deep yellow colour. Intense aroma of honey, apricot, nuts and citrus nose.
This wine is a dessert all on its own – a real treat after the meal. Delicious with biscotti and various nuts. Try with carrot cake on a wintery afternoon. Compliments foie-gras and good pates beautifully.
Brilliant amber-topaz with a wonderful soft golden clarity. Bouquet: power of the perfumes, length of the fragrance. Palate: Fullness, deep maturity, mellowness. Intense and complex fruitiness.

Each cask imparts its own colour to the cognac: no regularity but generally paler and more brilliant than most of the other top of the range cognacs. From the cask to another one, the cognac is different always a diamond of unmatched purity miraculously carved by nature.
Vesper described by Charles as a “meditative Cognac” to enjoy by the fireplace with a cigar. A blend of 30-35 year old Cognac is a darker and more pronounced style than Pale & Dry X.O. Extraordinary full-bodied roundness, very mature, notably refined cognac with an impressively lingering finish that is a Delamain signature.
