Purplish cherry-red in colour with pronounced aromas of fresh red fruits, berries, blackcurrants, red currants, and a slightly spicy note characteristic of a cold vintage. The palate is vibrant and tense, but also has a smooth, gentle texture that leads to a delicate lingering finish.
Ruby red in colour with intense aromas of fresh fruit complemented by floral and mineral notes along with blackcurrant, pencil lead, spices, and herbal notes. The palate is fresh with smooth, elegant tannins and just-right acidity, resulting in a wine with good balance and structure.
Light greenish-yellow in colour. The nose is expressive with aromas of white fruit, lychee, grapefruit, white flowers, and sea salt. The palate has significant volume and weight yet still very fresh and well balanced, with depth and a saline note that comes from the coastal influence due to its proximity to the sea.
Deep, intense purplish-red in colour with aromas of blue and black fruits such as blueberries, blackberries, and ripe plums, along with notes of violets, spices, and pencil lead. Medium-bodied and fresh on the palate with good balance, depth, and complexity and a pleasing finish.
Singular and aromatic wine with aromas of white flowers, apricots, and an exotic note of cherimoya. This is a white with structure and tremendous personality, which allows for great versatility when pairing with different dishes such as stews, turkey, grilled chicken, or even stuffed calamari.
